We are incredibly grateful to JDV Architecture LLC and Juan Vergara for their outstanding work on our childcare center project. Juan was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. His knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication helped us successfully bring our vision to life.

Navigating a childcare center project can be complex, but Juan guided us every step of the way and made the process much smoother. His expertise and commitment were invaluable, and without his hard work this project would not have been possible. We highly recommend JDV Architecture LLC to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy architect. Thank you for helping make our dream a reality!

JDV was an amazing partner for us as we looked to turn our garage into living space — he was responsive to our needs, professional, and made the early phases of the project (planning, designs, permitting) very easy for us. I would highly recommend him.

My wife and I had been considering adding a second floor and remodeling our kitchen for several years, but we struggled to envision the final result. We learned about JVD Architecture through word of mouth, and after meeting Juan, we were confident that he would be an excellent fit for our project. Juan carefully listened to our ideas and developed layouts based on them. Additionally, he proposed his own concept, which encompassed all our desires and offered solutions we had not considered. His innovative approach was ultimately the one we decided to pursue. Once the direction was clear, Juan prepared the bid and permitting drawing sets and helped us pick a GC. Working with Juan has been a pleasure, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I'm having an addition put on my home and Juan is my architect. He is just wonderful. Responsive, unflappable. He communicates easily and quickly replies to any and all questions. He is also very flexible and willing to make as many changes as needed. He has a pleasant, easy manner. His fees are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Juan with absolutely no reservations. You won't be disappointed.
