UPDATE- June 13th
Took my phone to a local repair shop. They unfortunately broke the screen removing it and I had to pay out of pocket again for another screen, but found parts incorrectly installed. Which was causing the screen to not seal correctly, unfortunately for “Dr. Mobile” the glue didn’t hold it together.

I originally offered to send it back, but there was a story and the “felt run around” as he told me what was wrong and things I didn’t get told in store, told me I said things I didn’t, called him on it then he switched and said oh yes right you didn’t. Like okay so you’ll lie.
He Started getting pushy and I was over it.
Why not fix it when you had it apart if you knew this.. Sending the phone is a pretty big inconvenience as I would be gone a while, which then I discovered due to my contract I can’t just switch phones. So no phone for who knows how long.
Im not just a town over, im a province over lol
In his reply he failed to state this phone was in an otter box protected case, which I may add has never let me down. I work in the bush, not the first time broke the glass.
The other repair place said there’s no sign of any kind of twist or bend. He squeezed the screen to try get it to lock in place, due to the reinstalled part that was incorrectly placed, which is why it popped out under pressure, breaking the clip holding the top corner of the screen. It’s funny too because he showed me the spot that showed sign of pressure but it’s fine he goes, so he knew something wasn’t right there.

One thing too, I went to use my action button after the “repair” and that thing don’t move or do anything anymore. It worked when I dropped it off, it was the only way I could get my camera to open when I first broke my screen, and it worked. Took a sick picture of my load I picked up from Rich bros auctions.

Maybe this company is good. Maybe they aren’t. My experience sucked. If they offer some kind of replacement or refund I’ll update. But whatever. End of the day they replaced the screen and back plate so they deserve the money right? They used the parts. But he maybe he’ll own the screw up. But the local repair dude said doubtful lol

It’s funny too, they called right after my original review like it was a missed call. Surprise surprise. It was my fault of course for poor communication.

From out of town and ran my phone over. Took it here. $700 and a good to go and I thought they saved my day. Left in my 18wheeler, hit the hwy to find my screen popped out, rear camera which was working when I left quit also went from 3 to 1, front camera doesn’t work.

Call 2 location to find an Owner to talk to. Nothing. Big story as to “ sorry we will make this right” by a manger and then never heard back. Also I’ve called the store 3 times never seem to get an answer
Even Offered to send the phone back to so they can correct their “fix” so we can make it right, but clearly see someone who isn’t from here and take there money.

Dont waste your time here. Maybe if they guy spent less time smoking out front he could probably fix phones.

It was a pleasant visit for me to have my screen replaced a few days ago...(shout out to khan.!) It was supposed to b just a screen replacement but it was found out that i had more problems with it...but this guy, khan, sensing how desperate I was to get that phone on that same day, tackled the fix and like a cool cat that he is, managed to fix it in record time....man ur the best! I just want to congratulate you on that thing you are looking for.."wink2" . 100% my man....it's in the bag....fixing phones is harder than finding what ur looking for ...happy hunting cool cat!

Told me he'd fix the phone, then when i went to pick up the phone ,he asked if I wanted a screen protector. I said no, I would get it somewhere else as he didn't have the right size for my phone . He ignored me three times and put it on anyway, then charged me 30$ on top of the repair for a screen protector that only fit the middle of my screen . My friend then came in and had to argue with him to get the money back...

Very unprofessional and he was rude!
