I’m not sure who is in charge of this rental property, but I am a tenant and anytime I put in a maintenance order they respond very quickly and get the repairs done very quickly. I have never experienced a property management who really takes care of the tenants making sure me and my family are comfortable. Thank you

Have never had any issues with Lucroy. We had to transition to them from another company and they made it go very smoothly. Had our AC unit go out and they had it replaced within 5 days. Highly recommend.

I have truly had a positive experience with this company unlike any others I have seen.They have been so amazing at getting repairs done in a timely fashion.They have also went above and beyond in making sure that we're living comfortably.Mr.Bob Lucroy is an awesome man as and take to heart in what he does,they all work together to find a solution to whatever need to get done.They all have such a big heart for the residents and their families that lives in the units.They have truly been a blessing!!!
