Did not show up as scheduled, multiple calls with promises they “should be pulling up any minute”, finally an hour and a half late (for first appt of the day) they called to say they wouldnt make it and would never have been able to make it on the time frame promised.

I was told by a local company that I had a disposal and drain problem that would cost between $1200 and $1500. I called Roto Rooter. I used Roto Rooter in VA and was hoping to have the same experience. In fact, the service exceeded my expectations. This company came to my house, inspected my problem, and provided a free estimate. Technicians established I did not have a pipe/drain issue. I just needed a new disposal. Since Roto Rooter has set prices, a technician returned the next day and completed the work. Both technicians were friendly and professional, and my bill was about $375. As a single woman, I highly recommend their services because I have been cheated more than once, and Roto Rooter was both honest and fair.
