Food was cheap and crappy. Got the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and burger itself was mid, was terrible, tasted old and dried out. The Yes, Chef Burger was mid as well. Got the Large Urban Fries for $9.48 and it was horrible horrible horrible. Honestly, i wanted my money back, but didn’t notice till i got home, since it was take-out and didn’t want to drive back cause they close at 9pm and wouldn’t have made it back there on time. They tasted like it was left out from another order and then refried and added the stuff. Spent $40 bucks total and won’t ever be back

First time here ordered a CEO WAGYU BURGER with URBAN STYLE FRIES. A solid combination super flavorful and extremely juicy burger. Would definitely comeback!

This burger-fi used to be amazing. It’s gone downhill, hard. The restaurant was empty (except one table) when we walked in and it still took 5 minutes for someone to greet us. Condiment dispensers are all empty, half the lightbulbs are burnt out, not more alcohol (not a big deal but an indicator of the state of the business). You can really see and feel the owner’s lack of pride when you walk in, we even spotted a light fixture filled with water. It seems as though the employees and their friends are doing their best to boost ratings.

On top of the environment, the food was awful compared to every other burger-fi visit I’ve had. So sad to see this place go downhill as it has.

The place is nasty inside and out. Even the bathrooms. The quality of the food has gone down a lot from way back then. Condiments stations awful. Basically nonexistent the drinks machines nasty. The staff you can tell they don’t care about the customers at all. In resume. The place and staff suck. Plus it takes too long to get the food.
