AZ Rentals Home is by far the best company I have hired—not only to find a tenant in a timely manner, but also to serve as a good property manager. Adam Boticello helps me solve my house’s issues quickly and tries his best to find options for different budgets to give his clients the best choices.
I highly recommend this company’s services.

We have been with AZ Rentals and Adam Botticello for over a decade. Since we live far away, it’s extremely important to have someone reliable on-site whom we can trust. Adam has consistently provided the information and support we need, both for ongoing management and during significant events like a sale. He offers valuable advice without being pushy, which we truly apprecia

Working with Adam B was amazing. Initially we were not sure if we were going to rent or sell our condo. Adam went over our options and when we decided to sell he was able to get it listed quickly. Communication was great whether it was an email or text response was always timely no matter how silly the question was. Would recommend and use again.
