As a customer making inquiries into the product and trying to receive confirmation on test results, I found the staff, unhelpful indifferent and rude. I left there office today wondering why I made an effort to try to buy their products when they were not interested in promoting or selling them. Rather than place the blame entirely on the staff's shoulders I think the management should be aware of this problem and set out processes to train their staff on sales, service and how to empathize with clients and delays assocaited with the testing process.
