HORRIBLE! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE! The way they treat elderly people is disgusting! Being rough with them, talking hateful and rude and leaving them sitting for hours after pressing the call button to get assistance. Completely unacceptable. And no matter how much you report it to the supervisor and the director, they don’t care. I would never send any person to this place. And what sucks is the day shift has some very nice and kind people, but the night shift completely cancels that out.

The staff is wonderful and really made me feel welcomed. Very good at handling last minute changes. The quality of there service has given me such peace of mind in regards to my loved ones care and overall well being.

When I visited Stratford Manor, two things stood out. The first was the activities and the time put into make sure there is plenty for the residents to do, and when it was time for the activity to start, staff personally walked around, invited residents down and wheeled them to the dining room if they wanted help.

The second thing, which is big deal to me, is the housekeeping staff. They cleaned the way I would clean. Into the corners and behind the door. I even made a point to say something to them. 😊

If I could give negative stars, I would. This facility is an absolute disgrace. The staff are careless, unprofessional, and show zero respect to patients or their families. We’re here every single day, and instead of helping our loved one regain strength, they’ve made the entire experience miserable. And it’s not just us — we’ve seen other residents treated the same way, ignored and disrespected.

Every visit, we end up having to micro-manage the CNAs and nurses just to get basic care done — even something as simple as cleaning her after an accident in bed. That is their job, not ours, yet we constantly feel like we’re doing it for them. And before anyone says otherwise, yes — I know exactly what CNAs deal with, and that’s what makes this neglect even more unacceptable.

Do NOT trust this facility with your loved ones. They don’t deserve to be in business.
