I highly recommend FS Landscaping Contractors for any outdoor hardscaping or contracting projects you are considering. We have owned a home in the Ivyland area for over 10 years and have had contractors for multiple jobs including an attic conversion, hardwood flooring/stair installation, deck replacement with composite, new front doors, and pool resurfacing to name a few. We recently hired FS contractors to cover a portion of our renovated deck and install an outdoor kitchen/living space. The result is even better than our expectations.

Our project manager, Chris, was honest, reliable and provided good advice. He made sure the job was completed and done to our specifications. The township demanded vent hood installation, which we had hoped to avoid. We worried the vent hood would be an eyesore. We trimmed it out the way Chris suggested instead of the way we had envisioned it, and that was a good decision for us. The way it was installed and trimmed made it a beautiful feature of the living space instead of the eyesore we worried about. For the granite counter tops we went with our own subcontractors, and we went with the suggested subcontractors for plumbing the gas lines and electrical installation. The coordination with ALL subcontractors was absolutely well done. The whole layout is functional, made with durable materials/construction, and even more appealing than we had been hoping.

With all prior projects there have been some regrets and details that did not meet expectations, but not in this case. We are more than pleased with the work by FS Landscaping Contractors. They will certainly be our first consideration for future outdoor projects for our home.

I had Josh and his team install an in ground pool and a paver deck. The team is outstanding at their job. I am a detail oriented person and so is the team that Josh has put together. They also put in large boulders along the back edge of the deck area. The pool will be finished in the spring when the finish is put in. I will post more pictures then. I had some other landscaping needs that the team was able to handle while they put in the pool and deck. The paver deck is beautiful. If you are going to put in a pool, I highly recommend this team.

Josh from FS Landscaping does an amazing job from the initial review of the property to design and implementation. He is dedicated to giving 100% to the project. His crew is excellent and meticulous in their workmanship. Our plan is to continue to use FS Landscaping in the near future.

great experience overall. we had a patio releveled. they took no shortcuts and wound up doing an extra half day of labor than they originally thought. they were meticulous and polite and very skilled...and they really cared about their work. pleasure all around and would highly recommend.

FS came in to rescue us after our prior contracter fell down on the job. They came in immediately, took over the massive backyard project which had been languishing over 2 years (fire pit, hardscaping, landscaping, pavilion build, custom hot tub), and finished it up in 6 months. They had different sets of expertise, from project management, to hardscaping, to landscaping, to design, to electric, and it was a truly professional set up. The final results are spectacular and we can't thank them enough for rescuing us!

I have worked with FS Landscaping for about 5 years now. They have helped with planning and installing my pervious pavers, flower beds and drainage. The crew that comes out to complete the work is knowledgeable, polite and considerate of the property. Joyce, Brian, Josh and all of the staff are extremely helpful. FS Landscaping designed my pool, all of the surrounding hardscaping as well as the surrounding landscaping. I can’t say enough good things about the work they did. I continue to receive endless compliments on the yard design due to their input and professionalism. I have continued to have FS to maintain the property annually; touching up landscaping, expanding hardscaping, etc. They are incredibly clean and efficient as well, never leaving a mess behind. I met them through my pool builder and chose their proposal over several others. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to anyone considering this type of work on their home.
