Camping World - Murfreesboro made our RV shopping experience a breeze. We felt welcomed immediately walking through the door and with this being our first RV purchase, we came loaded with an arsenal of questions - to which the staff was knowledgeable and patient. Camping World provided the best price for our unit, and was willing to negotiate if we had found a better price elsewhere. We were given a full walk through of our travel trailer, that we may know the ins-and-outs, prior to pulling away. Excellent First Experience – No Pressure, Just Great Customer Service

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Camping World of Murfreesboro, TN, on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

Before visiting, we were a little apprehensive because we expected high-pressure sales tactics and constant upselling. We're completely new to travel trailers and are just starting to learn about the camping lifestyle. We weren't there to buy anything—we simply wanted to see the different campers in person and get a better idea of their size, layout, and features.

When we arrived, we were paired with a salesperson named Ricky, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to sit down with us, get to know us a little, and understand exactly where we were in the buying process. Once he realized we were just gathering information, he never once tried to pressure us into making a purchase. Instead, he treated us like we were his most important customers.

Ricky walked us through several different travel trailers, carefully explaining the features of each one and what made them unique. I arrived knowing very little about trailer camping, but he patiently answered every question I had and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the various floor plans, options, and features we discussed. By the time we left, I had a much better understanding of how travel trailers work and what my wife and I should be looking for when we're ready to buy.

Ricky was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us make an informed decision rather than making a sale. The entire visit was smooth, relaxed, and completely stress-free from the moment we arrived until we left.
When we're ready to pull the trigger on a travel trailer, Ricky will absolutely be the person we work with.

Dragan was amazing, as well as the whole team we had an interaction with. Most places are pushy when it comes to sales, this is not the case at Camping World. From the time we walked in until we left the parking lot, they were nothing but kind, considerate, and helpful. We love our new camper, thank you for helping make one of our dreams come true, especially after the year we've had!

We had the greatest sales team and experience. David and Kevin were absolutely phenomenal. They made our experience as first time RV buyers flawless.
David helped us make a logical but great decision for our family.
Even the service tech Matt, which should do all new RV walk through, was great. He was very detailed with everything he showed us about our new RV and was even personable with what his family had done with their own RV. This will be the only place we do any RV business with from now own.
