Great location and the staff was great. The chicken sandwich was delicious, it was crispy and tender, no pieces were un-chewable. The drive-thru is a little awkward and you have a person outside taking your order and two lanes. There is a mobile order lane and a regular lane. The girl at the drive-thru was great, she was friendly, helpful, and looked like she enjoyed her job instead of being resentful. The rest of the staff was great too. Overall the service and staff were great. This is a great location if they can keep good staff like this. The order was made promptly and brought out to my car window all in about 3 minutes. It was lunchtime but not too busy.

I honestly didn’t expect to have a great experience today. My local Chick-fil-A has been such a mess that I stopped going altogether. I only decided to stop by this location because I happened to be passing by and I’m so glad I did. The service I received was so above and beyond that I had to leave a review.

The girl taking my order was enthusiastic, happy, kind, and genuinely excited to help, something I haven’t experienced in a LONG time. She greeted me by name, my order was accurate and fast, and they even gave my dog a pup cup. That tiny gesture completely made my day.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reminding me that great customer service still exists and that not all Chick-fil-A locations are the same.

Ordered 30pc grilled chicken nuggets. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait time. It ended up being about 12-15 minutes and they comped my entire order and apologized several times. Definitely not necessary but I appreciate the level of customer service.

Not sure what I ate, but all my chicken on my salad looked like tiny pieces of meat pressed together. It’s never looked like this at any other locations. Every piece looked like this, genuinely grossed me out as it looks like printed meat to me.

As Santa and Mrs Claus we were impressed by how customer-centric the staff was during a recent visit. Heather Rich is a gem, the epitome of a fine Chikfila employee, but truly EVERY employee we met was first class!

And we took a Cobb Salad home and split it! The honey mustard dressing and lots of crunchy pieces of chicken was so yummy after a night of Clausing!
