Excellent sales. Knowledgeable about product and service. Nice demonstration of the window’s efficiency. We are impressed! The 4-man crew installed 12 windows on levels 1,2,3 and a slider at the second floor deck all in a day and a half with ladders. These men know their craft! They took off their shoes going in an out of the house—each time carrying heavy windows and debris up and down stairs! I have never worked with a company who had such respect and care for our home. When they left, the only evidence of their being here was beautifully installed windows and a sliding patio door. Highly, highly recommended! I wish I had another project for them to do. They are awesome!

From start to finish, I had a very good experience with Paramount. Woody was responsible for getting me a quote and then sitting down with me to discuss all the options and eventually making a contract that suit my needs. The workers showed up on time and started work promptly. I think they only took a 30-minute lunch and went right back to work. The finished product is awesome! And, as a plus, my new roof got tested because a storm arrived right after the workers left. No leaks!! And finally, Christine was super helpful assisting me with my final payment. Everyone was very kind, courteous, and professional. Thank you very much, Paramount!!

The installation of my replacement shower in October of 2024 went fairly well, but Paramount Builders neglected to reinstall the insulation in the crawl space underneath the shower pan and to correct a continuing leak caused by a faulty shower door gasket that leaks during every shower. After numerous phone calls and online requests for repairs in the last year and a half the warranty work has still not been completed. The last contractor/worker who was sent to do the repairs on June 29, 2026 had the wrong size gasket and showed me where the original gasket was installed improperly. He was to have Paramount order the correct part and get back to me in 3 weeks to do the repair properly. 6 weeks later they have not gotten back to me to set a new appointment. I would never hire Paramount Builders again because of their lack of proper warranty follow-up.

Evan and George did a fabulous job. They completed two bathrooms in three days. Their workmanship was outstanding and they were really nice people, too. They were clean, organized and consulted with us along the way. I’m so happy and proud of our remodeled, modern bathrooms.
Chola and Jessica were great to work with too! Thank you all!

The technician arrived 30 minutes early. The began immediately to demo the old door. They did an outstanding job trying to keep the mess to a minimum. It took four men a total of four hours, from start to finish, to get the new door installed professionally and efficiently. The lead was considerate to ask about my coax cable for my internet service, they did conceal the cable, better than it was when they began.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I received. My wife absolutely loves her new patio door. It definitely adds value to our home.
Thank you Paramount Builders Inc.
