They arrived daily and even provided advance notifications about their arrival to inspect the machinery. They assisted in demolishing some of our sections and even offered valuable recommendations. Blake arrived, assessed our problem and started the process of drying us out. He was professional, explained what was going on and what to expect of all the companies involved in solving a bad plumbing leak. He arrived on time and called to let us know when to expect him. We experienced some serious plumbing issues in a wall and then again under the slab that caused major water damage inside our home. Justin and his crew got here fast and really came through for us each time! Justin made a very stressful situation into a smooth and stress-free resolution. I am always able to reach him, he knew exactly what steps to take, and he provided everything the insurance company needed for us to seamlessly complete the claim. His crew came in, got the job done quickly, and coordinated with the plumber, flooring installer, and the sheetrock/painter to get everything back better than it was.
If anyone ever comes home to flooded rooms and water damage like we did, I highly recommend calling SerClean first.

I found the staff at SerClean to be professional and knowledgeable about mitigating my water damage cleanup including helping with my insurance claim process. They provided ample equipment for cleanup and monitored regularly. Cody was especially helpful and patient, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Travis was also very helpful in working with the insurance adjuster.
