Wallaby Windows of Brevard did an excellent job with my replacement windows from start to finish. Eric, my salesman, was knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Taylor handled the field measurements with great precision, double-checking everything before the final order was placed. Every single window fit perfectly, and Lucas did an outstanding installation—he was professional, communicative, and meticulous. The stucco crew also did a great job finishing off the exterior details. As a retired building contractor, I wouldn't hesitate to give Wallaby Windows my highest recommendation.

I am so very happy with the install of windows and doors. I highly recommend this company. Lucas and his crew did a fantastic job with install as well as all the staff with customer service. They were very knowledgeable about the my safe fl home process and assisted with the paperwork involved. Their pricing was reasonable as well.

I could not recommend Wallaby Windows enough.

From start to finish and even for a small warranty claim, they have been responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. Mandi you were amazing!

They installed 11 impact windows and 1 impact door on my home. The installers were true professionals. They were excellent at explaining everything they were doing and very quick with resolving the small roadblock that came up during installation. I even appreciated that they took their shoes off before coming into the house for the initial walkthroughs and laid down tarp during installation when working on the inside.

Their price was fairly in line with quotes I got from other companies but they were able to negotiate a small discount to beat the other installer I was also contemplating when I was down to the final two choices. I felt the price was very fair all things considered.

They also scheduled the wind mitigation inspection for me (included in the price of the install) after completion which allowed me to get a discount on my insurance.

The only thing I wish they did was paint the stucco after the installation (they did inform me this was not a part of the install prior to signing the contract) but painting it myself wasnt really all the hard.

Overall, well done Wallaby!

For a new aluminum white glass door order. Jared, very professional, kind, likable-not high pressure-a great sales person, shows you all on computer. Huge selection he will get you the best for your budget. Got us an estimate very quickly. Not the cheapest in town but most honest & reasonable. Josh-Got us in on an appointment soon after a wait for our order to come in. Mandi/Beatrice nice, great customer service on phone. Understanding.
Mike/Jerry, young gentleman-clean, knowledgeable installers. Fussy, hard workers. Even came back on their time to check, organize stucco & finish before inspection. Work with us texting best times. Word of mouth, references are best. Tonni and Jim, Indian Harbour Beach

I would highly recommend Wallaby Windows to everyone who is looking for a friendly, honest, professional group of people. After rave reviews from our neighbors we had Wallaby come out for an estimate and never looked further. Our meetings with Eric, Taylor and Tommy was what we had hoped for. Honest and friendly answering every question. They explained the whole installation process and quality of windows we would be getting. Mandie was so valuable to us helping us navigate the process. She is full of information and has a heart full of patience. We cannot thank her enough.
When our windows arrived (11) they were installed in approx five hours. Lucas and Brandon were professional, super friendly and we appreciate them so much. Couldn’t have gone any smoother and we truly enjoyed talking with them. Upon final inspection the installation was found to be perfect on every window. The inspector said he had never seen such a great job.
