I just rescued my baby 5 days ago, she was a stray at the shelter and I'm so anxious about her and being away from her lol the staff there were so warm and kind from the moment we walked in, they understood my desire to not have her be put in a kennel and when I came back to pick my baby up, the girl at the front (absolute sweetheart) told me how she was holding her, and everyone was loving on my baby the whole time ♥️ my sweet Cecilia Marie came back to me looking so pretty and smelling so beautiful!! She will definitely have more spa days in the future. Thank you everyone for being so sweet to my Sessy-girl ♥️♥️♥️

I’ve been going here for about a year now and they’re amazing with my girl Sunshine. I go to either Brenda or Briana and they’re both great. She’s a very anxious girl and used to be scared of the groomer but now she loves going.

I was honestly so unsure where to take my puppy Honey, but I’m so happy I found this place. They did such an amazing job on her that I brought my older dog Pepper just a few days later. Both of them have never looked better 🥹 they were so gentle and really took their time. You can tell they actually care. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

This was my is 3rd time going. I asked them before not to cut her ponytail. They did last time but very very little and this time did it again. After the receptionist brought the manger out so I could give very specific instructions and see if it was doable. Teddy bear cut and don’t touch her ponytail AT ALL! The manager said “no problem, we’ll go half way and leave her ponytail alone.”….I went to get her and my mouth literally dropped! Her body was so short there was barely anything to grab and her ponytail was gone!! They tried to give her another one and the rubber band they used was fighting for its life to stay on! When I expressed how upset I was, Barbara replies, “I only cut a little off the top” but if I specifically asked for it not to be touched, even your opinion of a “little bit” is too much!!! Manager came out and said she was busy so she let Barbara do it. Idk if she didn’t relay my request or if they don’t respect her authority and Barbara just did what she wanted but for what they charge, this is unacceptable. This is why I always tip in cash. My $25 went right back in my purse. Because now I have to reschedule a photo shoot until her hair grows back in which I lose and $150 deposit. Beyond pissed and will never go there again. She is brushed and styled daily so she has no matting and nth wrong with her hair that required it to be shaved off. I literally cried!!

We had a great experience at Lillian Ruff Pet Spa! They did a wonderful job on my six-month-old puppy, Gizmo. He can be a little jumpy and nervous during haircuts, but they were so patient and gentle with him. He looks fantastic! We’ll definitely be back.

I have been bringing my little pup Honey to Lillian Ruff Pet Spa for a while now. She goes every 6-8 weeks for grooming and sometimes a bath in between. Brenda does her grooming and she is wonderful, always does a great job and i always pleasant and professional. Honey loves her! All staff are great!

First experience here, and will be returning in the future.
Petey ( 5 months, is an Italian Greyhound/ mini- poodle mix.) and they took care of him very well.
They did exactly what i asked, shape him up nice and short, as his undercoat is velvet-soft and his outer coat is longer and thin.
Full service wash and trim, his nails look great and he smells wonderful.

I had such a great experience at this grooming salon! The timing was perfect — it only took about 1.45 minutes , and my dog’s haircut came out exactly the way I wanted. The staff was very nice, professional, and friendly, which made the whole process stress-free. The salon itself looked very clean, calm, and welcoming, and it even smelled fresh inside. I really liked that it didn’t feel chaotic or overwhelming, just a nice, relaxing environment for the pets. Pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to other pet parents!

Best grooming experience!! My dog is very anxious in general and has bad separation anxiety but he did great with the amazing and kind staff at Lillian Ruff. He was so happy and in a good mood when I picked him up. Plus, the whole thing only took about an hour and a half! Will definitely be taking him back and will be recommending to everyone!!!

Not satisfied with the haircut, especially for the price

I took my dog in for a full grooming, and while the place seemed organized, the haircut service really left a lot to be desired — especially for what they charge.

I had mentioned I wanted the hair on her face to be left a bit longer, but she came back with her hair cut very short all over, and the result was quite uneven. Some areas around her face were choppy, with uneven patches and longer strands, and her ears looked irregular and untrimmed — they also didn’t remove the hair inside the ears, which is important. Her tail was not groomed at all, so while the body was shaved, the tail was left fluffy and unblended, which looked odd.

She did smell a bit fresh, but not like the usual grooming scent — no noticeable talc or spray. I was told the service would be $85, but I ended up paying $92, and I still left a tip — even though I honestly wasn’t happy with the final look.

To be fair, the hygiene part was done well: they trimmed her nails, cleaned around her tail and private area, so in terms of the bath and cleanliness, I believe that part was done properly.

But the haircut really didn’t match the price. She looked choppy and uneven — and for nearly $100, this is not an affordable service. I truly hope they improve the grooming cuts, because dogs should leave looking neat and well-groomed, especially at this price point.

Very happy with the grooming they did on my dog. They followed my instructions as to how I wanted her haircut and she seemed to enjoy the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was fair. Unfortunately she's a digger so she won't stay clean for long.

Wonderful place- from drop off to pick up. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They made you feel comfortable leaving your baby there in their hands. I let them know my puppy was very timid and shaky on the table and that didn’t seem to bother them at all. The place was very clean and well taken care of.
The service was also really fast , but didn’t cut corners at all on how great of a job they did! My puppy looked so handsome when I came to get him. Smelled incredible too! Great place, we will definitely be back!

Lillian Ruff Pet Spa was awesome. I brought my 11 y/o German Shepherd Rocky there for a full service treatment and when I picked him up he looked amazing. This was my first time trying this place out and it will definitely be my last. I figured I would try a new spot because I recently bought a house not too far from this place.

Upon picking up my dog. He was covered in hair. And on top of that when I got him home he's all different lengths of hair. Then I thought about it they didn't have me sign anything. I understand I booked it online but don't you check for rabies shots, sign any paperwork or get a receipt.

Only good things I have to say is that the staff was friendly, my dog smells good and is very shiny and soft.

Wow! This place is amazing. They treated my fur baby like a princess. From the minute she got there she was treated with so much love and gentleness. Once I picked her up her coat was so smooth and her hair was completely blown out. Her hair cut was perfect. She looks so adorable. I would definitely recommend coming to this establishment.
