I went to get some paperwork print. It was 2 girls working on 9/2/2026 1:pm. Everything have to be done on the self copy machine. They act like customers are bothering them when ask Guestion regarding about self service copy machine. We are paying for a service. Customer service should be more approachable. I know it can be busy and I prefer wait and not have an attitude of feel like I bothering people. They need to work on customer service if want customer to come back. I feel this is why most splaples are closing😩…

Placed an order online for business cards to be printed/picked up next day and when I arrived, I was told their system was having difficulty with my card design so the order wasn't done. Was then told the gent would put the order back in for me, came 2 days later to pick up for a same-day event and the order was never put in. When I finally had the order put in, their printers kept printing the design misaligned and I was an hour late at this point so I had to settle. They kindly offered a free 500 card order for my next batch but I likely won't take them up on it because the quality isn't as good as other websites.

It really is easy. My 3rd time getting a print job done and it's amazing how quickly they work and professionally done. The staff is knowledgeable, they helped me figure out the best size of print for the type of artwork I had, and helpful by giving me recommendations in order to get the best results. They are excellent with responding to emails and follow through on requests. The store hours give you flexibility and, at an extra cost, can do next day turnaround if needed. This is specific to Staples in the Bronx on Broadway! Awesome job guys, thanks for your patience and help.

I went to this store looking for a planner. I was finally able to find it at aisle 4 instead of aisle 3 as I was originally told by many employees.
The store is fairly stocked. Back to school is around the corner. The store didn’t seem to have enough help. Every employee was busy while the store didn’t have that much clients.

Always a good place for a quick stop. The staff in the copy section- Steven, is GREAT! He understands service and he consistently treats everyone with the same courtesy and professionalism. I also had the pleasure of being served by Jessica, she was patient and extremely helpful, and wore a smile the entire time. Staples now has a wider variety of items, which I love , you can even get your passport photos taken there, and the best part is that you can get them on a thumb drive!
There is always plenty of parking and the store experience is great-- the staff is always pleasant and willing to help, and again Steven is incredibly courteous and professional.
You can get anything that is school and office related and the prices cannot be beat. You can literally get everything for, especially, school at Staples. And check out is very quick too!
