I thought it was odd they wouldn't quote me before wanting to put in dirers and rip out all my drywall. My water damage was from my roof. It was the most pushy and uncomfortable expirence I have ever had with a contractor. He assured me that insurance would cover it but we all know how that goes. Happy we did not go through with it because I have no clue if we would have even been able to rebuild after that. I guess great if you want someone to come in and get it done the same day, but not if your actually a family who is trying to rebuild without going bankrupt. We decided to wait for a contractor who had the patience to quote us and come back when we had the insurance stuff figured out.

Update: it was the right company. I have his card and everything.

Recently the water pressure in my house started steadily declining and we could not find out why. A couple of days later we came home from work to find 3 inches of water all throughout our house. There was a leak in one of the pipes that expanded and ended up flooding 4 of the rooms in our house. I was recommended Flood Pro by a friend and was told they would help fix the damage. I seemed a little skeptical of the glowing recommendation but they held to their end perfectly. Nothing but positive feed back for these guys, quick, efficient, and great customer service!

I just went through one the most devastating times in my life- Hurricane Michael. It caused three huge pine trees to fall on and into my home. This caused lots of water to come through with the massive amounts of rain the storm brought. I had no clue where to even begin. Luckily, my out of town family friend recommend this company. We have worked closely with Jamal since his team started on our home. They have been so great to us and their work is superior! I knew I was thankful for them, but I became even more so when I started hearing horror stories from many other situations people faced in my community. Although it would have been easy for a company to come by and take advantage of mine and my husband's naivety regarding insurance coverage and mitigation/demolition, this company has held their integrity and kindness the whole way. We signed an assignment of benefits with them and it was so easy!! We did not have to do a single thing the entire time they worked on our home. They have taken care of everything for us! That means more than money when you go through everything else that comes with a near Category 5 hurricane. We would recommend them to everyone who faces a life-changing disaster and needs assistance. They are quick to respond, clear with the process, answers every questions, and most of all they truly care about their customers. I am very thankful and fortunate that we worked with them. Through all negatives that have came with the hurricane, this experience was our one positive.
