Facility is spacious and has room for bobtails to park once you disconnect your trailer. They take a bit of time to unload(around 2,3h). Idk maybe it’s different for other drivers. But there are nice showers, laundry and a lounge you can relax while you wait

If I could give this company a negative zero I would. I made an appointment for my delivery between 10 am and 2pm. 2 pm. came around no show no call..I called customer service and was told that I would not be getting my furniture today. The driver had too many loads. I took the whole day off. A day wasted on handling this matter. After calling 2 to 10 times. because that just didn’t sit well with me I finally got through to customer service who hung up in my face with no callback. After calling back to this awful customer service and dispatch he told me that he was going to call me back but he had to take another call first. Terrible customer service. After being put on hold again and talking to a manager I was told that my furniture would be delivered by 4:30 today. I got a call from a driver who said he was outside at an address that is not mine. Now it took him another hour and a half to arrive by himself with a glass storage case that weighs 300 pounds to the right address. He then asked if I had a dollie for him to use. A dollie? Are you serious? Then he said he would just leave it outside in my doorway...I forgot to mention I paid extra for delivery in room of choice. He came alone and with no equipment. How is this place in business. Not to mention he slammed the glass storage off the truck. Then proceeded to ask what was in it...I never write reviews but this one right here hit me in the wrong place. Now my storage is back on the truck gone back to this awful delivery place. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. Why would u deliver a 300 pound storage with one person and then they dont handle it with care at all. I Give them a complete thumbs down. I have never experienced such an awful place in my life. Go out of business already. Now another day with out my storage.

they work from 7 in the morning, and they let you into the yard at 9 in the morning. I don’t know who came up with it, but it seems to me that this is the initiative of a security guard who is bored and comes up with new rules.like a “guard symptom”)
