I flew in today from Dallas to play golf in New Jersey tomorrow and found out my driver was broken during the trip. I called the PGA TOUR Superstore in Paramus and spoke with Steve. He told me repairs normally take about a week, but said to bring it in and they’d see what they could do.

Bob was the one who repaired my driver, and he did an amazing job. They had me taken care of and out the door in less than an hour!

Huge thanks to Bob and Steve for going above and beyond, especially knowing I had a tee time the next day. Excellent customer service and an awesome experience. Highly recommend this location! ⛳️🏌️‍♂️

Awesome experience from start to finish. Michael Leahy was outstanding. His attention to detail was excellent, and since I tend to geek out on the data, I really appreciated how much he did too. There was never any pressure to go with the most expensive option—he took the time to dial in the right head and shaft combination for my swing and genuinely focused on what performed best for me. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Claude was an exceptional instructor and made our entire experience at the PGA Superstore Saturday event unforgettable. His knowledge of the game is outstanding, but what impressed me even more was his ability to teach in a way that was engaging, encouraging, and easy to understand.

He was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to work with everyone while making each person feel valued. My kids absolutely loved learning from him. He connected with them immediately, kept them engaged, built their confidence, and made golf genuinely fun. As a parent, it was refreshing to see an instructor who is not only technically skilled but also so naturally gifted at working with children.

The success of the Saturday event was largely because of Claude. His passion for teaching, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm created an outstanding experience for our entire family. PGA Superstore is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. We can't wait to come back for more lessons with Claude and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to improve their game.

Mike Cuttone gave me a full bag fitting today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than trying to sell me anything.

Mike took the time to explain my golf swing, why certain clubs worked better than others, and what equipment would actually benefit my game. His expertise and honest approach made the whole process enjoyable and very informative. I left with a much better understanding of my swing and what will help my game going forward.

Being able to see all of the data throughout the fitting was awesome and made it so much easier to make informed decisions. There was no guesswork involved—everything was backed up by the numbers, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.

You can tell Mike truly cares about helping golfers improve and finding the right fit for each individual. The fitting was well worth every dollar, and I couldn’t recommend Mike Cuttone highly enough. If you’re considering a fitting, do yourself a favor and book with him. An outstanding experience all around.

New driver broke. Free manufacturer replacement time was 6-8 weeks. Ugh! Chris in service was extremely helpful. He spoke to his boss Dave on my behalf and they repaired my driver with a new shaft on the spot. They found an acceptable solution for the customer and I didn't miss a round!
That is great service, great business practice and I thank them both. They made a loyal customer out of me!
