This apartment complex is peaceful and safe. The management does their best to keep the rent at a very reasonable amount. I've been here going on 3 years and definitely call it home. I'm very grateful to have discovered this place.

We have noticed that despite stating their availability from Tuesday to Thursday, the establishment has consistently failed to answer phone calls during various times of the day.

Furthermore, multiple attempts to reach out through voicemails (4) and emails (3) have gone unanswered, resulting in a complete lack of communication.

I was informed that I would receive a response regarding my application within one week of applying, but I had to call after two weeks of no response.

When I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone, I was informed that I needed a cosigner to be eligible. However, finding a cosigner is challenging in the current economic climate, as many individuals are experiencing financial difficulties.

I have explained my situation in a letter, but it appears that this information has not been taken into consideration.
I also asked if there was another way for me to become eligible without a co sigher, and the lady stated that the owner is VERY STRICTED about credit...??? If ur stricted about credit, then whyyy... does

Their website advertises "BAD CREDIT". No problem, we'll work with you!" However, this does not seem to be the case.

I would like to speak to the owner, but if they are unable to answer the office phone, I am concerned that this may not be possible.

I am deeply disappointed by this situation and discouraged..

Whoever works the phone told me I wasn’t qualified to move in without giving any reason in writing whatsoever. First told me my credit was bad, (which is laughable because it’s not), then told me to get proof of rental history like they didn’t check my credit for themselves. After that lame excuse they said I needed a voucher, that’s when I immediately knew there were games being played. I was not applying for section 8 and I never have. Then after that run around they said I needed a co-signer! Whoever works the phone in the front office has an attitude waiting for you. Hell, it’s even worse if you show up to the office in person if you are a person of color. I don’t think they like black people, at least they act like they don’t. If you like attitudes and being treated like management doesn’t want you around, this is the place for you!

I have lived in Paschall apartments a little over 3 years now, and I have to say that I am very pleased. From the office staff to the maintenance on the grounds, they are great. Lisa In the office and Gary on maintenance have both went above and beyond to help me in different situations and I absolutely appreciate them very much! Communication is key and they are always willing to listen and help, which is hard to come by with landlords. Winter maintenance of parking lot and sidewalks is incredible compared to other places around us. Overall, I have and will continue to refer other people to live here, its clean, quiet and affordable.

I've lived here for for 5 years and the staff, maintenance, and the OWNER DOUG PASCHALL has been ABSOLUTELY amazing to me. I have recommended others to stay as well and they have no complaints! It's a nice place to stay and if you're having an issue, maintenance is just a call away. I am grateful to be a resident here at PASCHALL APARTMENT. If you have an issue about paying your rent, the staff will work with you. Communication is the KEY! Please don't allow others experience to distract you from moving into an Paschall Apartment. They are affordable and an awesome place to stay. I say THANKS TO THE STAFF FOR THE AMAZING WORK THEY DO!!!!

Management is great! The people in the office get what I need done when I ask them to. I've been living here for about 2 years now and I have no complaints. Although I do pay my rent in time so that might have made my stay more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good prices apartment!
