First time here: expected a table service/sit down restaurant, but it was much more casual. There are only a handful of tables for families of 4 and some wall/bar style seating. The brisket and the burger were amazing! We went on a Thursday evening and there was only one other person who appeared to be eating in, all other guests where taking out. We will definitely return.

The customer service was pretty good. I got the food home. The chicken tenders weren’t cooked all the way I had to throw those away very disappointed

Food was barely warm. That pressed, spam, dog food looking thing was supposed to be the beef brisket. The staff was so very great when we walked in at explaining the menu and new concept and the place was clean and inviting but this was my first time ever at any famous Dave's and my chicken was palatable, brisket disgusting. The fries were good at least. Certainly not worth over $30 for lunch portions.

The Cook at the Brookfield location was highly disrespectful and inconsiderate to people who are not only working, but people who are sitting down eating. There was nonstop, cussing, and rapping, really loud where my family could hear. I have a family of five not to mention three of the kids. This is One atmosphere. I would never go to again. This is the worst site. I give this establishment 0 stars across the board
