I can’t recommend SKN Clinic enough! I’ve had both microneedling and medi-facials with Kalina, and every experience has been exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, making you feel completely comfortable and cared for.

Kalina has such a gentle touch while still being thorough, and she customizes each treatment to what my skin needs. My skin has become noticeably smoother, brighter, and healthier, and I’ve received so many compliments on how refreshed it looks.

The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone at reception is warm and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.

I too rarely take the time to pamper myself, and sometimes feel a little out of place in super upscale environments. However, I felt very comfortable at SKN, since while all the staff were very calm and provided a relaxing environment, they are also friendly and natural, genuinely nice people. It put me right at ease. Kaitlyn especially struck me as so down to earth I just felt I could be myself, which helped me relax during a new-to-me procedure. I felt very comfortable receiving her expert care, and had no problem trusting that she was delivering my skin the nourishment it needs. My facial was so relaxing and felt so nice it was like a meditative experience. After she had had a good look at my skin, she was helpful in explaining that the pigmentation I’m seeing is melasma, and guided me to future treatments. I really like this clinic, its focus on actual skin care (rather than hyped up nonsense, playing on the fears of ageing women), and the genuine people who ply their craft there. I will be back and recommend it to anyone looking for some self kindness and care.

Everyone I dealt with from reception to skincare consultants were professional and prompt. And I’m not even a regular customer. Passing through Vancouver during my travels and ordered items for pickup and ended up getting a complimentary skin assessment. Thanks Tima for your advice. And reception got back to me weeks after I’ve left Vancouver to let me know the item I was after finally arrived and they could post it to me - thanks Karolina! I’ve struggled with oily, sensitive skin issues for a long time, so I’m usually very careful with skincare clinics. But my experience at SKN was genuinely positive. Kalina was patient, professional, and made recommendations based on my skin condition instead of pushing products. My skin has been feeling calmer and less irritated. Really thankful for the help!

I get the BBL photo-facial done here and the experience is great! There is often a monthly special so it is priced better than many other clinics. Christina M is also the best! She always has great info on how to think about skincare outside of just the laser facial. I've moved away from Vancouver now but I do always make a point of coming here for a laser session whenever I'm in town.

I have been a customer of SKN for close to 15 years and have nothing but great things to say about my experiences here. I have used a variety of their skincare, which is amazing and had many treatments including peels, micro-needling, photo facials and a HALO treatment.
The spa is clean, comfortable and easy to access on transit. Laser can be intimidating, with lots of later gone wrong stories out there, but I have never had a bad experience with any treatment ant SKN and my skin looks amazing. They also have great monthly promotions and I would encourage you sign up for the emails. I have booked many of my treatment with Amie. She is kind and professional and goes out of her way to do an amazing job in addressing all the skin issues I might be having. I would highly recommend her!

I went to SKN for their Stem Cell + Vitamin A treatment, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable, explaining exactly what the treatment does and what to expect. Everything felt gentle and professionally done.

The clinic has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the team always checks in to make sure you’re okay throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed and really confident about the results I’ll see over time. SKN continues to be one of my go-to places for skincare treatments.

Absolutely love this place! I was looking for a chemical peel to try and cane across SKN.

Christina did my peel and she was beyond amazing! She’s so easy to talk to and such a pleasant person. The sweetest and kindest person who is totally honest about what types of treatments would work. I’ve gone back several times for different treatments and will continue my skin journey with Christina.

I had the best facial/procedure of my entire life this morning at the SKN Clinic, done by Danielle. I have gone to different clinics in the past for procedures such as hydrafacials, microneedling, and dermaplaning, but Danielle set the standard incredibly high. I suffer from OCD and tend to have to guide the whole procedure, but with Danielle I actually got to relax and enjoy the facial. She was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and amazing at her job! I am already excited to go back for my other skincare needs.
I am also impressed by their customer service. These days, I find it very hard to speak to a receptionist/manager that actually cares about the client. The girl at the front desk (sorry I did not catch her name) is very helpful, and overall very nice/welcoming, making my entire experience from start to finish the absolute BEST!

I’m so glad Danielle is back! She has always been my go-to for all my skin needs, and I’ve followed her wherever she goes. Her passion for what she does truly sets her apart. She knows my skin best, and I’ve learned so much from her over the years.
