Joe came out to perform maintenance on the air conditioning systems at both our personal home and an Airbnb property that I manage, and we had a great experience. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and very honest. He took pictures along the way and showed us exactly what he was seeing, explaining everything clearly without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need.

We really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism and will definitely continue using them for our regular HVAC maintenance at both properties. Highly recommend Joe!

10/10 would recommend to anyone in Orlando. I called this company after getting frustrated with the lack of customer service from other AC companies. Top 5 things Air Tech got right: 1. A human answered the phone 2. It was easy to book what I wanted and I got pricing expectations upfront 3. The technician let me know when he was on the way 4. The technician (Jose) was very knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions, 5. After everything, I felt confident that if I needed anything else they would solve my problem. At this point I am happy I found them after years of looking for a reliable AC company that is reasonably priced.
