I came into and was working with Tomme Chang he’s the best salesman ever! I told him exactly what I wanted and he made sure I had it and that I left satisfied. If you go to Kia please ask for Tomme you won’t be disappointed.

Do not buy used cars from this dealership I bought a 2022 Kia Telluride the seat was damaged. I asked him to fix it before I purchased it. They say they were going to. They never did obviously they erased my review from the last place, they were at. I had pictures attached in that review. I had just done by used cars from these people. They do not deserve honest people businesses because they’re not honest at all and I gave them zero starts for everything now I’m stuck with a broken seat damaged seat. I will upload pictures later when I have a chance, but I recommend you not to buy used cars from these people. Manager, James said he was gonna take care of it. He never did. These people is just not honest people they could’ve fixed that seat. I paid almost 28,000 for the vehicle on the top of that I gave $5000 of down payment. I wasn’t obligated to the business with them but they should know better they should know better avoid this place for used vehicles.

I called needing an oil change ASAP and Kiersten (sorry if I butchered your spelling) was able to squeeze me in at the perfect time! She was professional, courteous, and funny! Then, during my oil change, the staff was friendly and understanding of my two kids being kids while we waited (which wasn't long, I might add!) The service team noticed I needed a filter change that wasn't part of my original appointment needs, but they got it replaced quickly and efficiently. I have to drive just over an hour round trip to get my Kia serviced here, but they definitely make it worth it. I can't wait to go to the new location at my next appointment!

Had a wonderful experience at Jim Shorkey Kia in Gainesville. JT was our sales consultant- he was friendly and did not put heavy pressure on us. He suggested several models and helped us find just the right car. The entire process, including trading in our previous car, went very smooth. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience.
