I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and getting another opinion elsewhere.

My experience was terrible from beginning to end. I came here with a serious injury looking for answers and guidance. Instead, I left still not understanding what was wrong with me, and one of the doctors actually told me I could continue working. I ended up going to the emergency room later that same day because I still had no idea what was happening with my injury. Six months later, I have still been unable to return to work.

I also called this office three separate times immediately after the appointment, left messages explaining that I had questions and concerns, and nobody ever bothered to call me back. For an office dealing with neck, spine, and neurological problems, that level of follow-up is unacceptable.

The overall environment did not inspire confidence either. One of the nurses had such a strong unpleasant body odor that it was difficult not to notice. When I was there, everyone else I saw in the waiting room appeared to be around retirement age or older, which made the entire experience feel even stranger given how little useful information I received about my own injury.

I went there because I needed competent medical guidance. Instead, I felt like I was being processed through an appointment rather than actually evaluated and helped. Being told I could work, receiving virtually no useful explanation, needing emergency care later that same day, and then having three calls ignored is enough for me to say I would never trust this office with my care again.

If you are dealing with a serious spine or neurological issue, do yourself a favor and get another opinion because they took my rights away to see a different neurologist without a recommendation from my primary doctor because you can’t get a second opinion or talk to any other doctor without it. I had to wait months to get seen by different doctor and have permanent numbness in two of my fingers now.

Had a medical consult there two years ago and a second one today. They are closest to the tower on the right as your looking at the building. Suite 125 technically the second floor on your left. Receptionist was pleasant and I can't recall the docs name but he was cool both times.

Dr. Brendan Fong is an extraordinary neurosurgeon and an even more extraordinary human being. From the very first consultation, he treated my mom with such genuine kindness, patience, and respect. She had a major nerve compression in her spine, and we were understandably anxious — but Dr. Fong’s calm confidence and compassion immediately put us at ease.

He operated on her with incredible skill and care, and throughout the entire process, he treated her as if she were his own mother. His bedside manner is unmatched. He never rushed us, answered every question thoughtfully, and continued to provide support well beyond the surgery itself.

We are so grateful not only for his surgical expertise, but for the love and humanity he brings to his work. If you are looking for a neurosurgeon who combines brilliance with true compassion, Dr. Fong is simply the best.

After going through months of PT and pain docs, Dr Johans was first to not dismiss my concerns. He explained the entire process and helped me manage the insurance nonsense to get the care I needed. He even made sure I was getting second opinions before any procedures. His staff, especially Becky, kept me informed and calm. I was made to never feel like a burden. Really excellent care from first visit forward.

He was very patient oriented. Talked to me as an equal. Talked about options. Followed up on concerns he had with my neck with X-rays. Was very thorough & answered all of my questions. Called with test results & we made a plan of action. He is highly recommended by his peers. I have had friends who he did surgery on & they love him! Said his bedside manner was exactly as in his office. Compassionate, Caring, spent time with them answering questions - I had all of that in his office. I would definitely recommend him to others.
