I would say this is the best appliance repair company in Austin area. Extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, clear communication, easy scheduling and sometimes even the same day service.
They also work on commercial appliances including walk-in freezers and refrigerators.

Zaur came out to our house on Memorial Day in expedited time and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned a day later to fix it. He was quick, reputable, and explained the problem to us thoroughly. Great service and we highly recommend this company to anyone. We had a Samsung Smart Refrigerator and it was a huge help to have someone in the area who handles ‘complex’ smart appliances like this.

Beware Hidden/Unauthorized Fees!!

I had them come down to perform diagnostic service only, which I was told was $69, on my washing machine which had been showing an error code. When the technician came (Zac I think his name was) we turned the machine on and it actually got through a cycle with no error code. I left him alone with the machine a few minutes and when I came back the machine was still working fine. Afterwards I was billed for $141 and when I asked why they said because Zac did some work. What work? He said he turned the screw on one of the legs one turn and was charging me $70 for labor. I never authorized him to perform additional "work", especially at that price!
Management was belligerent and unsympathetic to this overcharge.

The technician then called me to 'explain' the logic of charging without asking permission first. Hilariously (?), he offered to come 'undo' the repair of turning the screw on the bottom of the machine by 1-1.5 turns. I thought this was a sardonic jab, but looking at the response from the business below there were actually serious ???! I would now question the mental sanity of the management of this business.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Fast, reliable, responsive, and reasonable prices and service call rate. The team has taken good care of us once again. Do not hesitate to call Smart Services - for all appliance repair! Second appliance in the last 6 months to crap out on me. This time it was a Bosch appliance. Last time, LG. My go to repair person for the next issue we have for sure.
