Raz and his team did an outstanding job on our roof. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and kept the work area clean throughout the project.
Spotlight not only provided the most competitive estimate, but they were also the only contractor who included my preferred shingles in their base bid. While cost was certainly a consideration, it wasn’t the deciding factor—we ultimately chose Spotlight because they offered the best overall solution and value.

Spotlight replaced our aging bitumen roof with asphalt shingles (they are using the Owen Corning brand). Co-owner Raz was consulting us on the scope of the work and later checking project progress on site. I feel we got the fair offer (which also included two gutters installation). We hired Spotlight for a complete roof replacement. Spotlight and Raz were communicative and professional throughout the process. Installation was fast and negotiation / pricing felt open and fair. There were some understandable minor issues such as incomplete cleaning post-job, but Spotlight was responsive to anything we pointed out and made it right. Overall we are happy!

Spotlight replaced my residential roof. They were fairly priced compared to other quotes and added two skylights. I love my new midnight asphalt roof. No new vents required and it style look really sharp adds curb appeal. They took care of everything, permits, inspections, started and ended on time and within budget. They even did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Raz and David were very responsive and friendly. I would recommend Spotlight based on my experience

I had a great experience working with Raz and Spotlight roofing and would happily recommend their services. They came out to inspect a roof leak and provided some options and guidance and advised replacing the roof.

I proceeded with roof replacement and the process was fast and professional. A couple of code issues were addressed early in the process to prevent back and forth with the inspectors. The roof was an old tar and gravel roof with solar panels that needed removed and any complications were addressed. I now have a nice new roof that should hopefully last decades.
