I stopped into their office and was greeted by Bryn. She was able to schedule me in two days, explaining what would be done during their service call. Two days later, two gentlemen arrived on time and began their inspection. Because my fireplace unit was quite old, they took pictures and informed me that there was little for them to do, as they were unfamiliar with my gas logs and burner. They were going to review my unit with their superior, and also contact the manufacturer and inquire about availability of parts. The chimney on the roof was also inspected.

I was happy with their service call, and hope they will be able to restore my fireplace to working order.

Thanks goes to Andrew and Jansen for their excellent job cleaning our boiler flue that hadn’t been cleaned in the 24 years we’ve lived here. The flue was dirty but they did a clean job thru and thru-many thanks!

He arrived on time and warned me he was coming. He was very professional and friendly. He spoke with clarity and knowledge about the issues I had with my chimney. He made economical recommendations, both for the present and the future. I really appreciated his experience and professionalism.

They were great! Super friendly and courteous technician. On time, tidy, very careful with not tracking anything in and out of the house, etc. Five stars they were great would recommend them to anybody.
