Dr. Jenny Ma is an amazing doctor, surgeon, and person. She's knowledgeable and thorough and comes up with multiple treatment options/plans and talks you through them. I think she's the first doctor to find additional things wrong with me than I originally complained about - she's that good. I wound up having surgery with her and the facility we used cancelled my case last min. Dr. Ma's surgery coordinator, Jami, did a great job of assessing and resolving the issue before I even knew what had happened, and the resolution didn't even inconvenience me one bit! I also want to give a shoutout to Ashley, the allergy testing nurse. She is also incredibly knowledgeable, knows how to make you feel comfortable no matter what, and she definitely has a good head on her shoulders. Great team!

I was referred to Pinnacle when I needed a same day appointment for sudden hearing loss. From my first call, everyone at Pinnacle has been helpful and pleasant to work with. During my visit, I felt heard and confident they were doing everything to identify my problem and develop a plan of action. They provided explanations along the way and ensured I was on-board with the plan. Every interaction has been great. I highly recommend this practice!

Am a patient of Dr. Chuma. I am extremely pleased with the service he provides. He gave a very through exam, had some lab done and had a hearing test. He explained way that I could truly understand what problems I had and how they could be corrected. His manner of is very professional but also very relaxed. All questions were answered, and I feel I received excellent service and would recommend him to anyone he needs an EMT.

ENT examination was thorough and hearing test diagnosis was helpful. Best audiologist experience I have had. Prescribed meds have been helpful with ear blockage. Hope problem will resolve, but I am confident of good followup if needed. Very pleased with first visit on all counts.

I started seeing Dr. Ward at this practice in 2008, had my initial sinus surgery followed up by having additional surgery by Dr. Hoffman in 2009. It was determined I had Sarcoidosis in the sinuses. When my sinuses became too complicated for their team to do additional surgeries, I was referred to Univ. of Penn specialists. After 3 more surgeries at Penn through 2016 my sinuses finally cleared up in 2020, Sarcoidosis went into remission and I was referred back to Dr. Hoffman. I have been seeing him for my sinus issues and a few years ago was diagnosed with hearing loss. Was fitted with hearing aids that have helped considerably. I would recommend Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Ward as both are very good explaining and determining issues. The Audiology staff have always been wonderful and helpful.

It was a blind shot when I picked this group from a list of possible resources to help with my hearing loss. Amazingly, I think I picked BEST GROUP ever!

Dr Chuma is wonderful. Full of knowledge beyond his practice . His healthcare philosophy rang true and resonated with me . What a smart and caring doc ! No rush …. All ears ( haha ) but truly connected .
I’ve also worked with Ashley! Ashley couldn’t be kinder , more reassuring or patient. Another individual in the group who TRULY LISTENS and hears your concerns. Nothing is a problem with Ashley. It’s all smooth sailing. Her her warm welcome and confidence allows you to feel comfortable from the start. No question or concern is silly or left unaddressed! A real professional packaged with a caring heart.

I really cannot say enough about this practice!
