Great service. Good value. Peace of mind.

I called about a clog and some other possible plumbing issues. Goettl was able to get me an appointment the same day and sent someone out to my house. Sam came out and performed a fairly comprehensive diagnostic exam on my plumbing and got everything running for me. He scoped my pipes and tested my water pressure as well. He was able to provide me with additional insight on my home.

Sam was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. The receptionist/dispatcher was also very kind and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of the service.

Note: Goettl sends a picture of the tech before they arrive so you can be assured that the person who shows up is who they say they are. Little touches like that really made for a good experience. Thanks!

Our A/C went out unexpectedly, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Moe. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain our options clearly and thoroughly, which helped us make the decision to replace our entire unit.

Moe also provided several financing options that made this significant and unexpected expense much more manageable.
