Arrived at 1:30 PM for a 3:30 PM appointment. Unfortunately, communication at check-in was very inconsistent. I was incorrectly told I had an 11:00 AM appointment, and later my broker was informed that I had only been waiting for 1 hour, despite already being there close to 3 hours.

I repeatedly asked for updates and was told loading would begin “soon,” but there was no progress until I raised the issue with other staff members. At that point, loading started almost immediately.

The warehouse may be busy at times, but clear and honest communication with drivers would greatly improve the experience.

We were initially concerned by previous reviews, but the delivery was fast and smooth. Our experience was positive.

The driver was assigned a door at 1:15 PM. The trailer was empty by 2:00 PM, and the POD was received.

For a reefer load, the process was very quick. Thank you to the team.

I arrived for unloading, but they told me it would take place in 2 days. I was upset, but after a while they unloaded me very quickly, so everything is great. You can stay overnight.

1 Star — Absolutely unacceptable delivery experience

FST Logistics GC3 (3495 Gantz Rd, Grove City, OH 43123) is one of the most unprofessional facilities I have ever delivered to.

My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 11:30 AM, but no one showed up to unload me because they said nobody came to work. I was told to return the next morning at 7:00 AM.

The next day, they refused unloading again and told me to wait. I waited the entire day with no clear answers. At the end of the day, they postponed unloading until Wednesday at 8:30 AM.

When I finally arrived on Wednesday, the staff was still completely disorganized.

I was delivering only ONE pallet in a Sprinter van, yet they directed me to Door #5, which is meant for large semi-trucks. When I asked for a proper ramp suitable for a van, I was told the ramp “does not work” and I was basically left to deal with it myself.
Only after my broker personally called the facility, I was finally unloaded around 10:00 AM.

During unloading, my vehicle was damaged and my rear tail light was broken.

The worst part is that no one has taken responsibility or offered any compensation for the damage.

This facility caused:
• More than 2 days of unnecessary delay
• Unsafe unloading conditions
• Poor communication
• Vehicle damage with zero accountability

I strongly recommend avoiding deliveries to this location.

This place is super slow. I would never recommend hauling a load for these people. I believe they think its ok to use our equipment to hold their product they order. We also have a life and family to support and would like to go on to our next load. Please stay away from these people it ain't worth the frustration or stress waiting on them to unload your trailer. Make sure whenever and wherever you pickup your load you ask if its coming here. If the load is coming here reject it its not worth the money or your time waiting to get unloaded
