I had a great experience at Paymore a few weeks ago. Came in to trade in my PS4 for a PS5. Of course didn’t get a great deal on my PS4 but that’s how it is with any store vs selling private. PS5 was in great condition and was able to test it out in the store to make sure everything worked well. Staff were very friendly, chill, and helpful. They also didn’t give the vibe of trying to haggle. I’d definitely come back for trading electronics and would recommend to others!

I’ve bought from here first time and the item was a PS5, great condition. The second one was a bummer, I bought a PS3 and they’ve wrote in the comments that it has been tested vigorously to confirm its operation. Bought it, took it home and it crashed; I’m not coming back. $80 bucks down the drain, cause I don’t believe they do returns; here’s a video and picture of the purchase. I won’t be returning, they should have done there checks on their equipment frequently and I ignorantly kept believing their reviews. This is the last time; please do your research and ask to confirm testing on site; it should be an obligation for the store to do so. If not, avoid at all cost.

The staff are incredible, respectful and patient with customers. They have a good selection of games and rare games/consoles. I brought in some games for store credit and successfully purchased a Pikachu 3DS for my collection, thanks to Em for helping and the rest of the staff.
