Waste of time.
We came in for two bagels. The bagels delivered did not have the cream cheese as requested nor were they properly toasted. We waited for over 15 minutes to receive our order. The screen said the order was ready when it wasn't.

Furthermore, we paid close to for these bagels and the quality has significantly slipped at here at Panera.

It used to be that Panera had phenomenal bakery items. It was a place that we would bring people to now. Many of their restaurants, including this one have significantly decreased their quality and quantity of food all the while increasing their prices.
Regrettably I must encourage you not to waste your time at the store.

We stopped here for dinner while traveling through. Found the place clean and the staff very friendly and the service excellent. The food was by far the best Panera bread we have been to. Keep up the good work!

I had a horrible experience at this location. Ordered soup, latte, cookie. It took 25 minutes. Zero customer service(I've never experienced anything like it. They refused to wait on customers standing in line). Order was wrong. But, the worst thing was when they asked me to fill out a survey detailing my experience. I got an immediate response apologizing and asking for my address so they could "make it right". I gave them my address, they sent me nothing, lol. Why did you bother reaching out? I was just going to let it go, lmao.

Wanted to try Panera. Haven’t had it in a while. Tried the strawberry salad a healthier alternative for me. Wife ordered you pick two chicken fiesta with chips. Chicken soup She enjoyed her soup as well as the sandwich. as for me, my salad was OK.

Placed an online order, went to pick up and i waited in drive thru over 15 mins. drove home opened my sandwich and it was FLAT. there was barely any meat, i drove back to location and told them to remake the sandwich. we spent $45 on three Pick Twos and i cant believe our sandwiches were all bread. that was my second time visiting this location, first time they forgot my soups. walking in this location, it smelled like burnt bread and confusion! no one had any idea what they were doing. so disappointing. i wont visit that location again
