I had an issue with my sons accoutn. I talked with Jennifer the acting manager who was very kind and helpfull. I would recomend this bank based off the way I was treated.

This place is what business used to be. Thy staff remember you, are friendly and courteous and always helpful. I've never had a bad experience in Zions. The only gripe is their technology is getting better as far as phone apps etc but still have some catching up to do. I highly recommend them.
