I never thought I'd say this, but I love my passport photos! I recently had my passport photos taken at Quadro and they were not only quick and convenient, but they made sure that my photos were flattering too. The lady who took my photos made sure my hair looked good and took several shots so I could select the best. And I was out of there in 10 minutes. Really impressed!

In the past I've had a few items framed by them, and I really like their staff because they take the time to counsel me on my options without being pushy.
Although I've come to expect a high level of service from them, they really blew me away a few weeks ago.
It was December 21st and I had totally procrastinated on taking a watercolour in for framing that I wanted to give my parents for Christmas. I went into Quadro, fully expecting that it would be too late to have it ready in time. As expected, they looked super-busy. Yet Tony, their senior framer, moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and had my painting finished and looking gorgeous two days later, just in time for Christmas. They even gift-wrapped it for me to save me time!
