Ivan Nielsen and his two sons Richard and Paul founded Pacific Water Inc. in January of 1987, with a focus on quality manufacturing practices and technical expertise. Prior to establishing this water treatment business, Ivan helped found and operate Columbia Water Conditioning where he worked for 20 years and gained valuable experience and built important relationships in the water conditioning industry. Pacific Water is a family owned business and has focused its efforts on customer service. In a day when customer service is almost non-existent we have built our business on the "Golden Rule" treat others how you would like to be treated. This philosophy has been very influential in the success of our company. Pacific Water specializes in the commercial and industrial softening markets manufacturing complete water treatment systems as well as performing repairs and maintenance on existing systems. Pacific Water manufactures the SENTRY II series water conditioning systems. These systems can be designed and built to our customer's specifications.
