While filling my tank Josh test the line and found a leak. In less than an hour Josh Collins returned with Todd and two other coworkers and replaced the service line. Thanks again Guys.

Very professional and highly pleasant.
Where you see the drive thru window, go through the gate behind there and roll around to the propane filling station. The guys there will direct you and take care of everything. Once youβre all filled up, head out of the gate and back to the drive thru bank style window to pay.
Great folks, good prices, and easy service. Thank you all, wish more businesses operated like you!

I've been a customer with JCCG for over 2 years with auto- draft pay from my bank account. I am required to pay the full amount of $160 again for a transfer to another rent house next door. Then I'm told it will be 5 days before they can get a man to swing by and unlock the meter that was just turned off two days ago and I live less than 2 miles from their location! Also that I need to take a half day off work (4 hours) to be sure I'm there for when his schedule allows time for him to remove the lock!
Worse, the weather is already in the "teens" at night so I've spent the last 4 days with the water turned off due to freezing pipes, the electric cook stove burning to keep from freezing myself and my sinuses pouring blood due to 19% humidity in the house.
