The purpose of Honolulu Bible Church in relation to God is to give glory to the One who created it through Christ (Ephesians 1:5-6; 11-14; 3:21); in relation to itself is to instruct believers in the Word of God for the purpose of edification, purification, and training leaders (Ephesians 4:11-16; 5:25-27; II Peter 3:18); in relation to the world is to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19, 20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:46-48; John 20:21; Acts 1:8). The London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689 serves as our confession of faith. We have four pastors ministering at this time: Billy Hopper, Daniel Mather, Guy Nishimoto, and Kevin Kondo.
