Ive been going to this office close to 10 years and unfortunately the front desk staff keeps getting worse. I called to check when my next annual appointment was and was told I was due and made an appointment. I get there and was told I wasn’t due and was to follow up with another Dr. why didn’t the front desk take the time to review the chart and verify this information? This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and it’s extremely frustrating the lack of communication. It takes less than a minute to read the notes and provide proper answers and not just make an appointment to get off the phone! Make sure you get the persons name when you make an appointment.

Dr Hanna was truly amazing. His staff also 10/10. They always made sure my appointments and needs were met. Highly recommend.

My son had to have surgery because he wasn't circumcised properly. No refund or apology offered. Hopefully he retires soon so no other kids or parents have to go though that ordeal. It was truly heartbreaking to me as a first time to feel like I had trusted my son with the wrong person.

I was recommend by Joe DiMaggio to get my son circumcised by Dr Hanna. I thought everything went well till his pediatrician said the job was not properly done. So he has to get it fixed. When I called to let them know the nurse said she would call me back after speaking to the doctor. No call back.

Dr. Hanna is an amazing doctor and a true professional! Thanks to him, my delivery went perfectly, and I welcomed my son on July 12, 2024.
I would also like to give special thanks to Mae — she is incredible! Very attentive, kind, and caring, she was always there to support me, help me, and calm me down whenever I felt anxious.
