We had an exceptional experience with Reynaldo during our fence estimate consultation. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the best solution for our home.

Reynaldo provided outstanding design ideas that enhanced our vision and offered several options to fit our style, needs, and budget. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we understood the benefits of each option without ever making us feel pressured.

His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciate the time and effort Reynaldo invested in helping us make an informed decision. He is a tremendous asset to the company, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused fence consultant.

It was very easy and a quick estimate. As a customer only needed the camera on phone was able to show what all that needs to be done.

DO NOT USE! Terrible Quality & Non-Existent Customer Service

Within just three months of Ergeon installing my fence, it was already falling apart. The quality of the materials they use is absolutely terrible—there are huge cracks and broken wood everywhere. The posts are weak and not strong at all, and the overall workmanship is just extremely poor.
To make matters worse, their warranty and customer service are completely useless. I have been trying to get the installer to come out and fix these glaring issues for almost two months. I have sent multiple emails and reached out repeatedly, and I have received absolutely zero response. Once they get your money, they completely ignore you.
I am incredibly angry and thoroughly disappointed with this entire experience. Never trust them. Save your money, save yourself the headache, and go with a company that actually uses quality wood and stands behind their work. Absolutely DO NOT use them!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. From the first call to the final install, everything was smooth and stress free. The fence turned out even better than we expected and completely upgraded our yard. Professional, friendly and top-notch craftsmanship. If you’re looking to replace or need a fence just hire them :)

Outstanding rebuild of my fence. Knowledgeable (sales) Anthony and professional (project mgr). Adriana and (experienced)installer Alam and his team were extremely experienced and went above and beyond to install a
new fence and secure another portion on the fence all in knee high snow !!
The technology and customer service was top notch.
I would highly recommend this company !!
