We've been taking our dog here for about a year and they've been great. He's so excited when he gets to go and the staff is always excited to see him. They've been flexible on last-minute bookings and let us know how his day was when we pick him up. They've always been easy to get ahold of too if I need to call. We've done both daycare and boarding and definitely recommend them!

Brought our dog here 2 weekend days while we were in town for a tournament. He seemed to have a great time. Staff was super helpful arranging daycare in advance and great with him at drop off and pickup. Will be back next year! And I loved and appreciated the pics.

We had our evaluation visit for our rescue dog Maisie yesterday. Everyone was so kind and caring and took the time to answer my questions. She was really scared at first and they were really understanding of that. When I came to pick her up, my dog didn't want to leave! The facilities are clean and spacious. We have already booked boarding and will be back soon for daycare. Thank you Playful Pack!

UPDATE: Maisie had a blast at boarding and loves their daycare. I felt totally comfortable leaving her for 1 week in their care. I got updates daily through the "report cards" and if I called as well. They followed all feeding/care instructions and really care about your pet. Shout out to Pino, Marco, Melina, and all the other wonderful staff!

Took my dog Bella to Playful Pack today and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly, caring, and made Bella feel right at home. She came back happy and tired from all the fun. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love Playful Pack. Took my almost 3yr old Pit Terrier on 12/1 to try it out and see how he does playing with other dogs. And he absolutely loved it had no issues playing with other dogs even though I was advised different at previous establishment. He didn’t want to leave when I picked him up guess that shows energy there made my dog feel comfortable. 😂 Everyone was friendly and professional very helpful with my baby boy Blue. I’m so happy I found playful pack and decided to give them a try. Blue will be going back for daycare and boarding when needed. Thank You Playful Pack you rock 👏🏾👏🏾
