I've dealt with this store a number of times and i've never had a problem, and there are no surprises. In general I'm pretty satisfied with them.

I purchased a large pack of paper from this company and it was damaged during shipment (wasn't packaged too well to prevent corner damage). I was first told that a new pack was to be shipped out and the shipping company would inspect and pickup the damaged one.

A month later and nothing. I called and ended up speaking to one of the managers Ken and he offered 30% off or nothing. I asked to just return product for full refund but he outright refused. He threatened lawsuits with hundreds if not thousands in legal fees if I canceled payment with my credit card. This is over a $55 product and I would have been happy with a simple replacement like they promised me from the beginning. Terrible customer service if you ever have an issue.
