Gugahn and his team IMO were FANTASTIC. It was interesting watching them all work together. Roof was done by end of day and work areas were left like they hadn't even been there!! They were fast, efficient and effective. Have had a hail storm and VERY windy days since installation and it looks AWESOME! LOVE my new roof!!! Thank you Bains Roofing!!

We had our roof replaced and it is holding up well. We were walked through the process, initially, and chose our shingles. After that it was a whole lot of silence. We did not hear from them or receive any communication without calling them ourselves. When I did call, I usually was able to get through and get some answers. After a fairly long wait the shingles showed up and then we waited again. Once the work was actually started it went well. The installers were great and the roof looks good. Overall, what I wanted was a good roof replacement and I got that. If they can work on the communication and the initial work timeframe this would be a great service. I gave 4 stars because ultimately the job was done well, just be aware of some frustrations with not know when it will get completed.

This company replaced our roof and did a good job. The only issue at the beginning was they didn't follow the agreed schedule which is July because materials were delayed. But after few calls and follow ups the work was finally done last November. The price is good and the work was done well. So I can highly recommend the company. Thanks
