I shopped around and visited a few dealerships while looking for a new car, but Imperial Subaru was by far the best experience.

John was my sales representative, and we hit it off immediately. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and ultimately helped guide me toward exactly the right vehicle—a new Outback Wilderness.

What really stood out was that John and his team stayed after hours to allow me to test drive different Outback trims. That level of customer service showed how much they valued my business, and it certainly did not go unnoticed.

Even after continuing to shop around, I ultimately came back to Imperial because of the outstanding first impression they made. The entire buying experience was straightforward, professional, and enjoyable.

The service department has also been excellent. I’ve worked with Wayne on a few add-ons for my Outback Wilderness, and he has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.

We had an excellent experience at Imperial Subaru in North Attleboro. The entire process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. From start to finish, we felt like we were getting a great deal and never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.

After visiting 3 different dealerships we landed at Imperial! It was such an amazing experience! Everyone is professional yet friendly! We had George as our salesman and he was awesome!! Listened to what we wanted and helped get us our new car the same day! It was so easy and smooth to transition from our crosstrek to our new ascent!!!! We couldn’t be happier !!!
