Very peaceful community! The leasing office is great at communicating with you and help the best way they can. The location is amazing, tucked in but very central. I can access anything within 5 minutes.

My partner and I recently moved in and our experience so far has been amazing. The apartment is plenty of space and nicely updated, and the complex is clean and quiet. I moved from across the country and have had experiences with some not so great management companies and property managers in the past and Gabby has always been a happy and helpful face here when we've needed her, and is always checking in when I've seen her around the property. My ONLY comment would be that posted office hours are a little limited, but it's been clearly communicated that if we were to need to meet outside of office hours, we're able to get that set up!
It's worth mentioning as well that this is a pet friendly complex, and pet owners here have all come across as friendly and responsible.

Update 07/16/25
Although I have long moved out, I can say I witness a great improvement with the complex and management in since my original review. I had a packaged delivered that was not forwarded to my new address and I got to witness the updates. Landscaping looked very nice, nicer than I remember. The new management has was very nice and proactive with arranging a pickup for my package. Glad to see this location has made considerable improvements in a short time span.
I try to give fair reviews! Overall, a decent place to live, but with some major changes and issues during my lease that have yet to be improved.
What I loved: It was originally quiet and away from the noise of Hamilton st, until construction started on a fire station right next door??? My leasing price was a steal for New Albany, especially with a private garage! The community was friendly, and I really liked having a Peloton in the gym.
What wasn’t great: There was a persistent ant problem during warmer months, even with weekly cleaners coming for the community and out of my own pockets for my own unit. In the winter, my electric bill averaged $300.. which apparently I was lucky because other past residents reported $500. Maintenance took days since the team also served other properties.
There are plenty reviews from the burned past residences about this community selling as condos. After that, the community vibe disappeared, many people left, warm smiles and hellos were gone from the leasing office. I understand the new leasing staff is focused on sales, gotta make the mess they made look pretty, but there are a lot of vacant units 1 year later… keep that in mind.
If I’d known things would change so drastically, I probably wouldn’t have signed the lease because this is residence is not a long term option anymore. Great option if you’re looking for a short term lease. But It’s unpredictable what they may change next. There’s potential with this community! But right now, the reputation and overall experience have declined.

This is a great dog friendly community. The works and neighbors are spectacular. It is a lovely place to call home.

The dogs feel like they outnumber the people , many large breeds and few people that can control their own dogs. The apartments are a nightmare. Loud! It feels like you are living in an office building filled with barking dogs. Amenities include one shuffleboard table, a few places to sit and a big empty space with no budget or plan to fill it. I saw many tenants move in only to move out weeks later. You will get the least amount of value for your dollar compared to other properties nearby. Check out Albany Woods or LC communities before committing.
