Pacific Rim Storage Nanaimo is clean, dry, safe, easy to access, and customer service is easy to deal with. No complaints (other than a bathroom or porta-pottie would be handy for long storage sessions).

I was lucky enough to get a unit in their facility, and when I needed a bigger storage unit, the transfer process and price adjustment was rapid, painless and effective. Well priced. The units are well kept, well lit and very clean. I felt safe leaving my belongings there.

Great experience with Pacific Rim Storage was a good location, the people to work with awesome to deal with, and the hours of access and prices were more than reasonable. If I need storage again they will be my first choice.

I stored my possessions at the Pacific Rim storage facility in Nanaimo for about four months. They were super helpful in getting the right size locker and helped me seamlessly move up to a larger size. The facility is clean and easy to locate. Service online and via the phone is super responsive.

I stored my SUV here for 6 months. They even started it every couple of weeks to keep the battery charged. Vehicle was just as I left it when I picked it up in mid October. Site was very clean and very secure.

Pacific Rim storage has fantastic communication. We left a message and our call was returned promptly. They answered all our questions and it was smooth sailing. The unit was neat and clean and we are very happy storing our items with them.

Pacific Rim is safe, secure, clean and easily accessible. I had indoor/outdoor storage at one time, moved storage lockers a couple of times. The staff I dealt with were friendly and accommodating when I needed to change units. Reasonable fees. I would recommend this place to anyone.
