Nathan has been absolutely amazing in choreographing and teaching us our first dance for our wedding! As two non-dancers, we came to him with the rather ambitious idea of doing a salsa for our first dance. He responded to our request so enthusiastically and surpassed all of our expectations. He has been able to meet both of us where we are at in terms of skill and has explained concepts and techniques in a way we can both easily grasp. He creates such a great atmosphere for learning--absolutely no judgement or pressure--especially for first time dancers. Not only do we now have an incredible first dance that we can't wait to perform for our family and friends, but we also have an extremely supportive instructor in our corner who has made dancing so much fun. We have actually had such a great experience that we ended up purchasing another package of lessons. We highly recommend Nathan and the Fred Astaire studio!!

I absolutely love this studio . Being relatively new to ballroom it has taken some time to find the “ right fit “ . I love Anastasiia! She is an amazing instructor, so incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, and talented. She is truly just a special person and dancer and makes her students feel special too. I enjoy my lessons with her and feel so confident afterwards. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and book a lesson at Fred Astaire Columbia!

My wife and I took private lessons from Misha and Anastasia before our daughters wedding to help us with our introduction dance and they turned us into contestants from "Dancing with the Stars". We received many compliments and enjoyed our lessons as well as getting a great cardio workout. They both are excellent teachers and were very patient with us. We look forward to signing up for more lessons and working with this very talented couple.
