I am about to leave Ocean City but wanted to write a brief review to thank Ocean City Vacation Homes for their hospitality.

What a great experience I had. I was able to secure an early check in AND a late check out. I paid something like $75 or so for each but as my pics will show you I am not rushing out of here like everyone. I am chilling with coffee on the balcony taking in the last hour or so to enjoy this amazing view.

They also offered umbrellas and chairs before I we came but I didn't take it. Figured I would rent the umbrella when we got down and just buy chairs from Sunsations like we do every year.

We did buy the chairs but when we rented the umbrella on the beach it was double or triple the cost so I ate it the first day then reached out and they delivered the umbrella that afternoon.

Just little things like that to save money and time was fantastic. Def appreciate how clean the place was. We will book direct with them next time and save going forward.

Horrible, Rude, Unsafe. When I arrived at the rental property, the living room floor was completely ripped up revealing huge holes in the sub-floor. When I contacted Ocean City Vacation Homes, not only were the people I talked to extremely rude and condescending, insisting that there was only a “small hole“ in the floor, they also suggested that we just stay in the upstairs of the property and to avoid the gaping holes in the floor in the living room. This company is completely unprofessional and tried to make us stay in a safety hazard. DO NOT RENT through them.

Just had a recent off season stay and it was a 5 star experience! We will be booking with Ocean City Vacation Homes or OCVH again for this Summer! We got quick responses to questions and the home was really clean! 5/5 stars

We had an amazing week at Salty Sands 301. The quiet location, the gorgeous ocean view, comfortable beds and pillows, sheets and towels helped to make it an enjoyable time for all. What impressed us the most was the owner’s availability to answer question from the day we booked until the moment we checked out.
We will definitely be returning.

We had such a great time staying at this oceanfront condo in Ocean City! The view alone is worth it—you can sit on the balcony and just watch the waves all day, or even listen to the ocean from the couch. It’s super relaxing. Caught some great sunrises

The condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We loved the little coffee bar setup—perfect for quiet mornings on the balcony. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice having extra blankets and pillows handy without having to ask. There were plenty of hangers in the closet (a small thing, but super helpful), and the kitchen appliances were all in great new shape. We didn’t end up cooking, but it was nice knowing we had everything we needed if we wanted to. They even provided a pair of beach chairs for a morning of reading books one morning in front of the waves

Our host got in touch early in our stay to make sure we knew he was available, should we need anything (we didn’t, but it was nice to know he was around!). Recommended SO many fun places to check out while in town.

Located off 46th Street, we were just minutes away from the Ocean City Boardwalk! It was also an easy drive north to Bethany and Rehoboth Beaches for two of our days, and surrounded by fun restaurants/bars/shops. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the space feel welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Nicely tucked away condo with easy access to main road, public transportation and awesome beach view! Made a suggestion at check out that staff took to heart. So nice to have a well kept condo to be in for my staff and for staff to truly listen and appreciate my thoughts. 10 out of 10 will be booking again.

My family and I came to Ocean City for my daughter’s dance competition at the convention center. We stayed at Salty Sands 204 which is conveniently just a 10 minute walk away from the convention center. The place was clean, spacious, and had a great Oceanfront view. We hope to return to Salty Sands 204 next time we’re in town.

We stayed at Belmont Towers 707 over presidents day weekend. Even though it was quite rainy, the view from the large balcony was amazing. This spacious condo was perfect for my family of 8. We look forward to staying here again.
