DO NOT COME LIVE HERE!. This is the worst apartment complex i’ve lived in. It is infested with roaches even though i pay “pest control fee”, they dont ever come around but they make sure to charge it EVERY month. When my lease started, the fridge broke, and took them almost a month to get me a new one and take the old one out; and when they did brought the new one, they left it in the middle of the living room. They also said i DID NOT have to pay water bills, but they still charge it. Smells like marijuana all the time. The washing machine does not work properly, and brought it up to them in the office, and they said i could the number on the machine, ME!!?. Im ready to move out and it hasnt been a year yet. Another thing is that maintenance doesn’t ever come around, took them 2 months to come check on a bathroom leak.

Moved here in 2022 and regret every decision. We were damnere forced out and gave up on trying to catch up. We spent more money caulking baseboards, buying cameras, and our own pest control to the point where it started dipping into our rent money. Aside from that, I personally had a medical emergency that took almost half of our income. Not to mention my child screaming about waking up to roaches in her bed. But if that income wasn't spend on endless supplies of roach, earwig, and other bug traps, and foam to seal cracks, we would've been fine. They "updated " us due to our previous unit needing to me remodeled and it was even worse in the new unit. The baseboard throughout the entire apartment were about half an inch away from the floor. It got so bad we tried to duct tape them to save money. There were outlets without covers and water that came into the window when it rained. The heat didnt work and I had submitted a request and it was ignored for months until the day before we had to go to court. But by then we had figured out that our heat was manually shut off prior to the winter and was not informed. They just completely ignore requests. The laundry didnt work properly and they tell you to contact the company and that it's not their fault. The front door is always busted and never needed a key to enter. We have run into people sleeping in the hallway and under the basement stairs. Im overall glad we no longer live in this complex. Not a safe, comfortable or sanitary place to live. It's a last resort until you can do better.

Roaches everywhere- Even if you are a Clean person- they will come into your unit from the infested units- from the Drains through holes in the walls. I have lived here for 2 years and recently started seeing them. If I could go back I would have not renewed my lease 💔

I just moved out but only because I’m moving in with my BF otherwise i would have stayed. I moved from a small town a year ago didn’t know anyone and was referred to Hampton Meadows. From the time I stepped in the door to look at apartments to the time I turned in my keys the office staff has all been very warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Maintenance the couple times I had to contact them was very quick to respond and get the job done. The whole apartment complex never looked trashy which is a relief since rent was on the cheaper side and sometimes you run in to those issues. I don’t remember ever having a noise issue. The one issue I had was I found a couple bugs inside my apartment but again management had the bug guy out the next day to take care of them.

I am moving out of this place because of excessive cockroaches. I pay a monthly pest control fee and they never come. I pay for everything and they do nothing. I recently received an eviction notice charging me $13.58 for insurance that is supposed to be collected automatically and it wasn't. I feel offended. This is the worst place to live. They break your windows, seal your car, clean the apartment every month. It smells like marijuana all the time and excessive charges for everything. From $860 for an apartment you end up paying more than $1,100 and it doesn't have a recreational pool. I've seen places with a pool and at the same price, here there's just a grill with dog feces everywhere. If you rent a garage, be prepared to keep it dry because it floods with water.
