We received the shipment — or at least part of it. Several items we paid for were missing completely. We documented everything and reached out multiple times. They ignored every email. No replacements, no refund, no response. Completely unacceptable.
I know there’s a lot of good reviews, but there’s a chance you might end up like me.

Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECONSELLERZ DISTRIBUTION!!
We placed a $17,000 order with Econsellerz Distribution, only to receive counterfeit products. When we reached out to resolve the issue, they gave us the runaround, and then completely stopped responding. This is not how a reputable company behaves.
Terrible customer service. Dishonest business practices. Avoid them at all costs.

I’ve had a great experience working with eCon; they’re very honest and transparent, no surprises. Recently, I made a 38K deal with them, and when the product arrived at their warehouse, the packaging was all defective and they were very honest with me rather than sending me defective stuff and refunded my every penny. I look forward to doing more deals with this company.

My wife bought 4 different products from this “wholesaler” and has yet to receive any products. Amazon claimed that what eCon sent, was not what was in the packages. We were promised a refund since the product never arrived to Amazon, and that had not been received. We got a telephone call today from an “anonymous” number and I was yelled at and spoken to like a child by someone from this “company” because we were posting honest reviews. We were told that as soon as we removed our reviews and comments, and showed them proof, that they would “investigate” and provide a refund if applicable… but ONLY once we emoved the reviews. 10/10 do not recommend buying product from this company!!
